Manager – Corporate Culture and Social Responsibility
- Take the lead to drive Bank Culture Reform and Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) initiatives for Public Bank Group, Hong Kong and its subsidiaries.
- Conduct annual review on procedures and guidelines of Supplier Code of Conduct, Bank Culture Policy and CSR Policy.
- Prepare meeting documents for work groups, committees and board meeting.
- Act as chairman of workgroups to ensure the initiatives are adequately and consistently planned, resourced and executed.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to monitor the effectiveness of the initiatives to ensure the mechanisms complied with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and publish annual ESG report by working closely with consultants and other departments.
- Take the lead to set up environmental target and KPI at the Group.
- Promote and monitor staff volunteer activities.
- Prepare staff newsletters.
- Prepare periodic communication materials to drive Bank Culture Reform.
- Act as Department Head of a small team and manage interns.
- Degree holder in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, Compliance, Risk Management, Human Resources or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years’ working experience, of which minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial institutions or Project Management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to engage and influence different stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
